A great book for beginners. This book has lots of info for experienced cavers too.		Published by the NSS. This book is considered a "must- have" for any vertical caver's library.		This book covers a full range of techniques, equipment and info. The emphasis is on UK/Euro techniques.		Another great book from the NSS. Everything from how-to tips to convoying to a cave, to medical techniques.
